【Profile】 Inoue Takashi Inoue Takashi
Born of Nagoya-shi, Aichi prefecture, making bliss sweets and cooking with no fixed concept. When I was young, I went to watch TV cooking show, mother's sweets making, and I liked to eat, so I went to this path naturally. After graduating from the Nagoya Cookery Technical College, she studied at 【French Party Food Black Fang】 or 【Imperial Wing Hakkasai Guest House】, 【KIHACHI】. Although I was a cook of French, I started being told in my workplace to do the studies of the pastries, I was keen on that fun. In 2009 I independently opened 【Livre d'images】.
