This stew is a red wine stew that I always make and simmer with Hatcho miso. Pig tail is rich in collagen and is so tender that it barely holds its shape. It's delicious. Livre de Image is a casual French restaurant in Tenpaku Ward, Nagoya. We will be closed this Thursday, November 6th We were open today, but we had no dinner reservations so we closed early. I learned how to shop and cook. The dishes we learned will be served in a livre d'image style for Christmas. The photo shows the main meat dish. This is a truffle-flavored steak "hamburger" but it is made into a minced meat cutlet "pane" and served with truffle sauce. It will change once one of the main meat dishes from the current 2,700 yen prefix course is finished. The main dish of the prefix course is a fish dish, and there are several meat dishes available, so please choose your favorite. Using ingredients that can be eaten at home, we use French cooking techniques to create something extraordinary, providing the ingenuity and special taste that can only be experienced when dining out. The 8,000 yen chef's choice course is made with high-quality ingredients and is served in small portions with many dishes, and is available by reservation only. Livre de Image is a casual French restaurant in Tenpaku Ward, Nagoya. We will be open throughout the holidays until Wednesday the 5th of November. We will be closed on Thursday the 6th thank you The next soup is "Soupe de Poisson" When the pumpkin soup runs out, it will be replaced. This Southern French-style fish soup is made with white fish, white wine, tomatoes, saffron, aromatic vegetables, and delicious water. It is one of the most representative soups in French cuisine. The photo shows it served as a gratin, but this is also available in the à la carte menu and the 8,000 yen omakase course. We are closed every Monday and the first Sunday of the month during the Christmas and New Year holidays as usual. There are no special holidays, so we are open as usual. During the Christmas period, we do not prepare a special Christmas course. We will be open for lunch and dinner with the usual three-course menu: 1500, 2700, and 8000 yen. I'm trying to give it a Christmas feel with ingredients and desserts.
